General Instruction: given the complete tools, materials, and equipment you are
required to use and apply lubricants/coolant for 1 hr.
Specific Instruction:
1. access and interpret correct information on lubrication schedule from
appropriate manufacturers specifications manuals
2. identify type and quantity of lubricants/coolant as per job requirements.
3. select and use correct tools and equipment in line with job requirements.
4. remove and replace existing lubricants with specified types and quantity of
new materials in line with manufacturer’s specification.
5. observe safe procedure and use of PPE when removing or replacing
lubricant.
6. dispose use lubricants in accordance with environmental guidelines.
7. check work in line with company SOP.
8. stores proper tools, equipment and materials as per company SOP.
9. frees workplace from waste materials.
