For each item below, if the answer is " X ", the inspector must immediately report the issue to the supervisor.
The crane must be tagged out of service to prevent accidental use until it is inspected, repaired, and confirmed safe.

Emergency STOP button is red, functional, cuts power when pressed and requires manual

All motion controls, brakes, and operating mechanisms function properly. No unusual noise,
