Duties and Responsibility
o Developing research proposal on socio economic challenges of societies
o Develop and implement research protocols in compliance with ethical
guidelines and local regulations.
o Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to facilitate community
engagement and improve research capacity.
o Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals.
o Successfully secured funding from different stokeholds
o Trained and mentored junior researchers and field staff, enhancing team
performance through capacity-building workshops.
o Providing advice and contribute on targeting of children and other
marginalized groups.
o Conduct periodical gender analysis considering other marginalized groups

Familiarity with statistical Software: SPSS, R, STATA, Python,SQL,C++ for
qualitative analysis.
Extensive experience working in diverse environments, with sensitivity to
cultural and social factors in research.
Familiarity with international research ethics, standards, and protocols,
including knowledge of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and
international guidelines
