Growing up in Lagos, a city brimming with energy and innovation, I discovered early on

meaningful relationships and driving engagement led me to roles at TechNova

At TechNova Solutions, I managed a cross-functional team that launched a blockchain-
based supply chain management tool tailored to the Nigerian market. It was a challenge
convincing local merchants to embrace a new technology, but by creating interactive
workshops, live demonstration sessions, and a 24/7 support Discord channel, we
onboarded over 5,000 users within three months. The experience taught me the
importance of accessibility and proactive engagement in building trust.
Moving to NextWave Technologies, I was tasked with growing our online presence
across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. By introducing gamified

community platforms into vibrant hubs with over 15,000 active members. I also
partnered with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to host live sessions that increased token
adoption rates by 35% within six weeks.

smart contracts, which inspired several attendees to launch their own projects.
