Project Title
This Continuous Improvement Project encourages external
stakeholders to extend help and assistance to at-risk learners to
avoid dropping out.
Amidst the necessity of acquiring quality education to open multiple
doors of opportunities and despite the school’s effort to increase
enrolment, the decrease of Placer National High School’s
enrolment is quite alarming. Student enrollment is one of the
Problem Statement important indicators for the growth and long-term success of any
school. However, the declining number of students enrolling has
become a concerning issue for PNHS. It is essential to understand
why enrollment is declining in recent times to craft a plausible
intervention to alleviate the issue.
1. To maintain or increase learner’s enrolment and retention.
2. To eradicate or lessen drop-out rate.

4. To promote the culture of volunteerism and bayanihan in
addressing the gap in term of school’s population.
