1) Explain the construction of nmos and pmos transistors.


2) Realize CMOS logic structure for Y= (A.B) + (C.D) with its switching behaviour.
3) Give the comparison of CMOS and nmos logic.
4) Explain 2-input CMOS NAND gate functioning with its truth table.
5) Explain the transmission characteristics of n and p channel pass transistors.
6) Derive the equation for drain current of a MOSFET in non-saturated and saturated region
of operation.
7) Explain velocity saturation and mobility degradation in MOS transistors.
8) Draw the circuit diagram of a CMOS inverter and with the help of its transfer
characteristics, explain various regions of operation.
