Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and technically sound Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the
development and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
data science, machine learning, and MLOps, with proven experience in building and operationalizing ML/AI models at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modelling
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and classification algorithms
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to derive actionable insights
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets
Data Collection & Engineering
• Develop and maintain web scraping solutions to collect data from various online sources
• Design and implement automated data collection pipelines
• Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into analysis-ready formats
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
AI & Machine Learning Operations
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments
• Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management

• Manage Large Language Model operations (LLMOps) including fine-tuning, deployment, and performance optimization
• Set up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for ML workflows
Collaboration & Communication
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data science approaches
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices documentation
Education & Experience
• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics,
• Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
Technical Skills
• Machine Learning: Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learn
• Ing algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, and deep learning
• Programming: Proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Web Scraping: Experience with web scraping tools and libraries (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium)
• Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge of AI frameworks, neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision
• MLOps: Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and management tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• LLMOps: Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and LLM deployment strategies
• CI/CD: Proficiency with version control (Git), automated testing, and deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab
CI)
• Databases: SQL proficiency and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for data science workload
Package: INR 10 lakhs to INR 11 Lakhs per annum
