Purpose & Scope: The purpose of this document is to outline the company’s
philosophy towards the use of forced labor in its activities, which is applicable
to all the employees whether regular or contracted.

Policy Statement: It is the policy of the company towards forced labor,


which states that the company does not use any forced or involuntary labour,
whether prison, bonded, indentured or otherwise. This is being achieved by
ensuring that all the employees work voluntarily without any pressure from
their superiors or subordinates.

Responsibility & Accountability:


a. Unit HR Head
b. All Head of the departments

Procedure:
a. All the workers are voluntarily working in the factory & are free to leave
at the end of the working shift.
b. Working for ‘overtime’ is absolutely voluntary & all the workers reserve
the right to refuse O.T.
c. Worker’s family members / relatives have free access to them in case of
emergency.
a. Employees are never asked to lodge any deposit or original documents
(Certificates etc) and are not indebted to the company.
b. Security guards at the gate & in the factory are posted to perform their
normal duties such as to keep watch over incoming and outgoing
material, vehicles, record visits of outsiders and look after the safety of
the office, plant & equipment, & are never used as a tool for coercing the
workers.
c. Obtains executed statements from labour contractors/ agents in their
contract that they will not supply any involuntary or forced labour.

Policy Reviewing Frequency:

Every 6 Month & immediately on any updation in Factory act and any other
legal, mandatory compliances.

Policy Reviewed By: Compliance & Sustainability core team.

 Policy displayed at main gate & in the plant.


 Training Calendar & its record.
 Minutes of Meeting.
