1. Muladhara (Root Chakra)

Location: Base of spine

Color: Red

Bija Mantra: LAM

Visualization: Red 4-petaled lotus spinning clockwise

Affirmation: "I am grounded, I am safe."

Optional: Malasana (Pose), Deep belly breathing, Chin Mudra

2. Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra)

Location: Lower abdomen

Color: Orange

Bija Mantra: VAM

Visualization: Orange 6-petaled lotus flowing like water

Affirmation: "I flow with grace. I honor my emotions."
