Test Report: Ref. No.

The test report for Mrs. Shivani, a 25-year-old female, indicates significant abnormalities in her Complete Blood Count, including low hemoglobin and hematocrit levels, suggesting microcytic anemia likely due to iron deficiency. The report also notes leukocytosis and provides recommendations for further testing to accurately assess white blood cell differentials and red blood cell morphology. Overall, the findings highlight potential health concerns that require medical attention.

Remarks: Microcytic anemia. Iron deficiency is most likely.

Remark :
COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT-
Hemoglobin, total leucocyte count and platelate count are stable till 72 hrs. The cell morphology is well preserved for 24hrs.
However, between 24 to 72 hrs hrs an increase in MCV and HCT is observed (MCV - 5.0 - 7.5% and HCT - 5.0 - 6.8%) leading to a
decrease in MCHC. A direct smear is recommended for an accurate differential WBC count and interpretation of RBC
morphology.
Interpretation:
1) Anemia: Low amount of haemoglobin in blood.
2) Leucopenia: Reduction in the number of white cells in the blood,
3) Leucocytosis: Increase in the number of white cell count in the blood

4) Thrombocytopenia: Decrease in the number of platelet count in the blood
