"Where Innovation Ignites Impact"
NeuroNXT is a team-based technical paper presentation competition
aimed at igniting bright ideas and showcasing transformative solutions to
real-world problems in electronics, communication, and allied domains.
Competition Format:
Round 1 – Tech & Aptitude Quiz (Online):
A time-bound quiz to test your fundamental knowledge in electronics,
communication, logical reasoning, and aptitude.
• Format: 50 MCQs
• Time: 30 minutes
• Mode: Online through UNSTOP
• Syllabus Includes: Basic Electronics, Circuits, Communication
Systems, Aptitude, Reasoning, and Analytical Skills.
Round 2 – Final Presentation (Online):
Shortlisted teams will present their innovative solutions in front of a panel
of judges through a PowerPoint presentation.
Rules for this round will be shared to the shortlisted team.
Team Size: 1-2 Members

PROBLEM STATEMENTS (For round 2) :
1. Smart Campus Energy Monitoring System
Design a cost-effective IoT-based energy monitoring system that tracks
and optimizes electricity usage in college buildings, labs, and hostels in
real-time.
Domain: IoT, Embedded Systems, Energy Efficiency
2. Communication Aid for the Differently-Abled
Develop an affordable communication system (hardware/software/app)
to assist people with speech or hearing disabilities using electronics and
AI-based solutions.
Domain: Human-Cantered Design, AI/ML, Embedded
3. Drone-Based Disaster Relief Delivery System
Propose a compact, cost-efficient drone solution for delivering essential
supplies (like medicine, food) in disaster-hit or remote areas with
challenging terrains.
Domain: UAVs, Sensors, Control Systems
4. Low-Cost Air Quality Monitoring Device for Urban Areas
Design a low-cost device capable of measuring AQI (PM2.5, CO2, etc.) and
sending data to the cloud for visualisation and alerts.
Domain: IoT, Environmental Tech
5. Smart Traffic Light Control System Using Real-Time Data
Create a system using sensors or cameras that dynamically adjusts traffic
signals based on congestion, emergency vehicles, or pedestrian flow.
Domain: Embedded, Image Processing, Machine Learning
6. Assistive Tech for Medication Management in Elderly People
Design a solution that helps elderly people take the right medication at
the right time, possibly using reminders, sensors, or dispensing systems.
Domain: Healthcare Tech, Smart Devices
