I, Hanumanthu. Bharathi, D/o late Krishna Rao, Hindu, aged 40
years, working as legal cum probation officer, at Director of Dist.
Women & Child Development Agency, 2 nd floor Samkshema Bhavan
D.R.D.A. Complex, Sector IX, M.V.P Colony. Visakhapatnam-530017,
do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follow:
1. I am the counsel cum as legal cum probation officer to the
petitioners herein; hence I am acquainted with the facts of legalization
adoption case.
2. I most respectfully submit that the above case is number and
posted to the month of April 2018 i.e., . That the case was
fixed for going to complete before the March 2 nd week and where as
date was given on for appearance of petitioners for consideration
of the case.
3. I humbly submit that the petitioners without the knowledge the
adjournment had happened and after knowing the adjournment
petitioners suggested me to move an application for fixation early
adjournment / some early date to appear personally before this
Honourable Court. That above noted legalization case is of an
emergent nature said application has been effected upon the
petitioners legalization process hence in circumstances being legal
cum probationary officer I am moving this application.
4. I humbly submit that urgent orders are necessary in the said
matter. Therefore, the above matter has to be advance from
to or any other nearest convenient date to the Hon'ble Court.
Hence I submit and pray that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
advance the above legalization application from to
or any other nearest convenient date to the Hon'ble Court Else
petitioners suffers serious and irreparable loss.
