Fully submersible, compact integrated
motor-pump unit consisting of :

Pump: Single stage centrif ugal pump with

horizontal discharge G 2 1/2 M.

Impeller: Enclosed single channel impeller with

replaceable wear ring f or liquids containing
impurities and sludge with solid particles.
Spherical clearance 50 mm.

Motor:
Electric motors, with
4-pole motor speed.
Insulation class H, degree of
protection IP 68.Thermal sensors embedded
in the stator winding protect the motor
f rom ov erheating. PTC sensors on request.

Motor cooling:
Motors f or submerged operation are
cooled by the surrounding liquid.

Operation:
Continuous operating duty (S 1) with a f ully
submerged motor.

Shaf t/Bearing: Large diameter stainless steel

rotor shaf t, pre-lubricated bearings.

Seals: Combination of mechanical

seals (silicon-carbide/silicon-carbide) in
a separate oil chamber. Oil inspection
