1. Students can remit the fees through online mode only. For the link refer institution website or
erp.ksrei.org
2. Procedure for paying fees through online is attached.
Procedure should be read out in the class room by mentor/ class advisors and also share the
same with the students.
Online mode of payment is available in the procedure of payment.
Pay early to avoid unexpected network / connectivity issues on the last date.
7.5% reservation candidates need not to pay the fees as per the Govt. norms.
If fees not paid on or before the last date with late fee, a readmission fee of Rs. 3,000/- will be
collected without further notice and student should have minimum 75% of attendance.
Note:
The students who have not paid fee within the last date of payment of fee with late fee and readmission
fee shall not be permitted to attend the class.
1. The subjects in COE database cannot be registered unless he/she pay the term fees.
2. The names of students who fail to pay the fees, even after the last date for payment of semester fees
with late fee and readmission fee shall be removed from the nominal roll permanently.
3. The final enrollment and defaulters list can be generated through ERP by the Office of the Heads of
the Institutions.
4. Copies of such defaulters list department-wise, branch-wise shall be obtained from the Principal
Office.
5. The names of such defaulters shall be put on the Notice Board and also be informed to the Class
Mentors for necessary action.

6. The students who do not pay the fees even after the deadline, are deemed to have discontinued the
course. Their names will be deleted from the rolls permanently and the students should not be
allowed to attend the class.
