A common GRM will be put in place to redress social, environmental or any other project and/or
subproject related grievances. Affected persons will have the flexibility of convey in
grievances/suggestions by dropping grievance redress/suggestion forms in complaints/ suggestion
boxes or through telephone, by e-mail, by post, or by writing in a complaint register in ITI. Careful
documentation of the name of the complainant, date of receipt of the complaint, address/contact
details of the person, location of the problem area, and how the problem was resolved would be
recorded.
Monitoring
In order of due compliance of mitigation measures Principal ITI and EHS Coordinator will supervise,
monitor and implement EMP for the ITI. Principal ITI will be the responsible personnel for overall
management of environmental activities under the project.
