Million United States Dollars) Only, according to the following Exchange Allocation in the lawful
currency of the United States of America.

According to the banking code Act of 1993 as amended in the banking code Act of 1999, we hereby
approve the above Exchange Allocation in favor of Mahananda Moy Banerji for international payment
remittance subject to final approval from the South Africa Revenue Services.
