Dear HR,

I am writing to convey my sincere interest in securing the Job in Sagar Chandra &
Associates. I have completed my law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (HLM LAW
COLLEGE) 2025. My academic endeavors and internships have embedded in me a profound
zeal for Intellectual Property Law. Within the realm of IP laws, my interest and focus lie
particularly in the domains of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs.

I have worked upon Trademark Department for at least 2 years as a legal assistant
(LexOrbis), which has been incredibly helpful in understanding the foundation of IP laws. In
addition to my academics, I have successfully completed Workshops (Seminar Startup
Mahakumbh 2025) based in IP Law including specialized modules in Patents, Copyrights,
and Trademarks and numerous internships.

Last month, at Mastters and Chambers (Corporate Firm), I worked on Research work on law
point, Drafting of case notes Articles on Trademark dispute in a recent situation and Alimony
as comparison Dowry becomes biggest concern. Evidence, legal notices, Affidavit, related to
Civil cases and TDSAT matters. Further, I worked on research related to Sacroscant
cases ,Trademark infringement and passing off cases, Evidence Affidavit, Written Statement
on Well-Known Trademark. Attended Hearing Proceedings with seniors in respect of
TDSAT (Telecom Dispute Settlement Apellate Tribunal ) Matters. Monitoring Case studies
of matters related to High Court and District Court (Consumer Court). Moreover, attended
the Mahakumbh Startup Seminar 2025 in all IPR Fields.

At Dwarka Court , I worked on matrimonial applications, Drafting of Agreements, Criminal


Complaints relating to Negotiable instrument Act along with apart of litigation like filing
inspecting Public search getting certified copy and Vakalatnama etc.

These internship experiences have refined my legal writing skills, legal research skills and
have strengthened my command over drafting legal documents.

Through the said experiences and internships, I have gained various skills relevant to this
internship such as drafting, legal writing and researching tailored for IP Laws. As an intern, I
would be committed to learning and contributing to your legal practice to the best of my
abilities. I am attaching my CV for your consideration and would be grateful if I am given an
