siddhartha Vanna Neang: "Hi everyone! Today, my team and I will be walking you through the
key functionalities of our Human Resource Management System, focusing on the features
we've developed and tested to ensure a seamless user experience. Let's get started."

[Scene 1: Login and Registration]


(Screen recording begins with Siddharth Shakya demonstrating the login page.)
Siddharth Shakya: "Hello Im and ill be demonstrating the first user case which is to
demonstrate the HR user's ability to register and log in. Let’s begin with registration. I’ll fill in the
required fields, including username, email, and password."
(Fills out the registration form and clicks the 'Register' button.)
Siddharth Shakya: "As you can see, the system successfully registers the user and redirects to
the dashboard."
(Switches to the login screen.)
Siddharth Shakya: "Now, I’ll demonstrate login functionality. If I enter incorrect credentials, the
system displays an error message."

Oh, since the user case did not satisfy in the login part, lets mark the test case to be red.

[Scene 2: Accessing the Dashboard and Logout]

Siddharth Shakya:

Moving onto the dashboard, it is the central hub for all HR activities. Users can log out by
clicking the 'Logout' button." After the registration and login is successful the user is sent to the
dashboard and the user can log out with the logout button
(Clicks 'Logout' and demonstrates successful logout.)
Siddharth Shakya: "If users try to jump directly to the dashboard without logging in, the system
displays an error message, ensuring secure access."

Next is Shaunak.

Shaunak Patel: "Next, let’s take a look at how an HR user can manage employee details. Here,
we have options to add, update, and delete employee records."
(Adds a new employee by filling in the form and clicking 'Add'.)
Shaunak Patel: "The system confirms the employee has been successfully added. Now, I’ll
update an existing record by editing the department field and clicking 'Update'."
(Updates an employee record.)
Shaunak Patel: "As you can see, the changes have been saved successfully. Finally, I’ll delete
a record by selecting it and hitting 'Delete'."
(Deletes an employee record.)
Shaunak Patel: "The deletion process works as expected, keeping the database clean."

process is similar to employee management, with options to add, update, and delete records."
