1 Candid Photographer, 1 Cinematographer.
12th Nov, 2025 Wedding
2 Candid Photographers, 2 Cinematographers, 1 Drone, 1 Asst.
Package & Products:

Album:

➤ Total Raw photos (in Client's Hard Disk).

➤ 30-40 specially edited photos.

➤ Sorted around 230-250 photos in an X-clusive Album with customized Acrylic cover and leather bag.

Videos:

➤ Total Raw Videos (in Client's Hard Disk).

➤ 1 teaser of around 3-5 minutes.

➤ 1 movie of around 30-45 minutes.

➤ 1 reel.

NOTE:
Travelling, Fooding & Lodging of the team is not included in the package.
1. Payment Term:50% Booking Amount | 35% at one day before the time of Raw Softcopies delivery
15% at one day before the time of total products delivery.
2. We strictly follow our Terms & Conditions, you are requested to go through it at least once.
Terms & Conditions:
 1. In case we deliver any of the final edited videos/photos or albums earlier than all projects
delivery, the client must pay at least 95% of the total amount of the final deal, one day before
the delivery.
 2. If we do not get sorted photos within 60 days from the date of softcopies delivery, the client
will be liable for 100 % payment and has to pay the full amount before printing of the album.
 3. Charges for Travelling, Fooding, and Lodging facilities will be borne by the client; these rates
are not included in the final deal if the venue is outside Ranchi.
 4. Total charges involved in services regarding (Courier services, Final delivery of raw /edited
data in Pen drive or Hard disk and, album delivery) have to be paid in advance, none of these
charges are included in the final deal.

 5. Booking amount is non-refundable if the coverage is canceled for any reason.


 6. E invitation Video: We will provide multiple options samples, the final deal only includes
samples available with us.
 7. All courier services involved during pre or post-production clients will be charged extra, apart
from the final deal of the respective package, for example (Pen drive, Hard drive, DVD or Hard
copy album delivery, etc.)
 8. All the Raw or Edited photos/videos will be provided in either a pen drive/ hard drive, the
market value of the storage device will be beard by the client, and is not included in the final
deal.
 9. Any communication or alteration in the schedule apart from the mentioned date, time or
venue must be informed in the WhatsApp group.
 10. All the deliverables are mentioned in the quotation, anything apart from these will be
considered as add-on.
 11. All the deliverables i.e., specially edited photos, album, reel, teaser, full movie will have our
firm’s logo.
