SUBJECT: Request for Promissory Note – RLE Fee Payment

Dear Dr. Ayuson,

Good day.

I am Xyrelle Anne S. Manlulu, a BSN student of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. My purpose of


writing this letter is to request for your kind consideration regarding my outstanding RLE fee of ₱13,000
for the upcoming First Semester of my second year.

I would like to share that my mother is a single parent and the only one supporting my studies. Right now,
we are going through financial problems, which makes it hard for me to pay the full amount. Even though
we are trying our best to manage our small income, it is still very difficult to pay everything. I kindly ask for
your understanding and patience as I look for ways to slowly pay the remaining balance. I promise to settle
the remaining balance and I am respectfully requesting to be allowed to settle the amount through two (2)
installments:

●​ INITIAL PAYMENT:₱6,500 to be paid on the date that will be assigned, and​

●​ the REMAINING ₱6,500 to be fully paid on or before October 30, 2025.

I understand the importance of fulfilling my financial obligations as a student, and I am committed to


honoring this proposed payment schedule. Your kind approval of this request will greatly help me continue
my studies without interruption and ease the burden on my family.
