Respected Madam,
I hereby submit to you the academic report of upper primary for the months June & July.

1. During the months, I monitored the classroom activities, checked out the worksheets regularly.
2. The teachers’ individual work done and class work done registers were checked out once in a week.
3. Lesson plan of the teachers were submitted to the principal on every Monday.
4. The class teachers got instructed to make sure the students’ disciplinary code.
5. The teachers were informed to cover the portions as planned.
6. A teacher- Coordinator meeting held last month.

I hereby submit to you the academic report of upper primary for the months June & July.

1. Timetable preparations were done for this academic year.


2. During the months, I monitored the classroom activities.
3. The teachers’ individual work done and class work done registers were checked out once in a week.
4. Lesson plan of the teachers were submitted to the principal on every Monday.
5. The class teachers got instructed to make sure the students’ disciplinary code.
6. The teachers were informed to cover the portions as planned and advised to complete the entire syllabi
within October
7. A teacher- Coordinator meeting held last month in which practical examination, project given matters
were discussed.
8. Monthly test schedule and limitation of test portions were discussed.
9. A student meeting was convened wherein the students were encouraged to join JEE/NEET classes.
