4. Conditions of Permit
4.1 The original permit shall accompany animals and shall be produced for inspection whenever required by a veterinary official or authorized
person.
4.2 The permit is valid only for:
4.2.1 The animals listed on this permit
4.2.2 The point of origin listed on this permit
4.2.3 The destination listed on this permit
4.2.4 Period stated on this permit
4.3 All animals in the permit must be branded with the owner brand and zonal brand of the current holding.
4.4 All animals must be arrived through BAITS * within 14 days of arrival at destination.

5. Farmer Declaration
I GAGOITSEOPE MMOPELWA declare that:

5.1. All animals in this consignment have observed withdrawal periods for all veterinary medicines and Other treatments administered to them
while on this holding.
5.2 All animals in the consignment are fit to travel i.e. not sick/pregnant
5.3 No cattle in this consignment have received growth promoting drugs or any other prohibited substances.
5.4 No cattle in this consignment were fed feed containing protein derived from animals.
5.5 Cattle in this consignment were born/resident in the holding for three (3) months.
5.6 The truck was cleaned and disinfected prior to loading the animals.
