RE: PROVISIONAL ADMISSION OFFER INTO BASIC TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE IN TAXATION FOR THE
ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026

We are pleased to inform you that after reviewing your application information we are offering you a chance to study
Basic Technician Certificate in Taxation at The Institute of Finance Management Dar Es Salaam campus for
academic year 2025/2026. The duration of the study is 1 year. Your admission number is 2025202535.

During documents’ physical verification and registration, you are required to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Pay at least the amount equal to the First Installment TZS 625,000.00 (for details, see joining Instruction
Appendix C)
2. Your payment control number is 991460481466
3. Upload your original academic certificates/current results slips and birth certificates as a single file document
4. Upload scanned AVN document (Applicable for applicants who used NACTVET’s Award Verification Number)
5. Upload dully filed medical record Form No. 1 as per our Joining Instructions
6. Upload Parental/Guardian Commitment Form No. 2

This offer is valid for the academic year 2025/2026 only and subject to fulfilment of the conditions above and
approval of IFM’s Governing Council.

Registration and orientation will start on Monday 13th October, 2025. For those who are living nearby our
campuses can start registration on Monday 6th October, 2025. Classes are Scheduled to start on Monday 20th
October, 2025. (It should be noted that this date may be change as per regulators guidance and the government in
general).

NB:For those with special needs/disabilities (e.g. physical disability, hearing impairment, visual impairment, albinism,
chronic diseases such as sickle cell, diabetes etc.) kindly contact 0768 315 058 (Dean of Students’ office) for assistance.
