INTRODUCTION

Our Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Team
CP is an experienced multilingual facilitator with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Malaya. Since 2012, he has been conducting Train-the-
Trainer programs in China, Malaysia, and Singapore, mentoring four Lead Instructors in his
former role as Training & Technical Manager.
As a strong advocate for evidence-based training, CP integrates training evaluation models such
as the Kirkpatrick Four Levels to measure effectiveness, learning transfer, and impact on
performance. His TTT workshops emphasize trainer competencies, learning needs analysis,
CP Chan design alignment, and competency-based assessments.
Lead Trainer Certified by IVV (UK) and HRDC, CP applies the ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and
HRDC Accredited Malcolm Knowles’ Adult Learning Theory to his training designs. His sessions emphasize
reflective questioning, participant-centered learning, and evaluation using the Kirkpatrick Model,
having impacted over 5,000 professionals.

Our TTT Facilitator & Trainer
With a 20-year background in training and a degree in Economics from Bradford University (UK),
Kamarulzaman has led HRDC-certified TTT workshops since 2011 across organizations like TLDM, Felda,
and NGOs. His robust knowledge of adult learning principles, training program development, and trainer
competency building uniquely positions him to design and deliver impactful TTT sessions.
His sessions incorporate ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning theory, delivering dynamic and
highly interactive learning experiences. Kamarulzaman is known for fostering collaborative learning,
effective evaluation, analysing trainee performance metrics and feedback, using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation
Kamarulzaman Model to continuously improve program and transformative trainer development. To date, he has
Ramlee successfully trained and transformed over 6,000 individuals—equipping them with the tools and mindset
HRDC Accredited needed to become effective facilitators and trainers in their organizations.

Yohana, a UiTM Media Studies graduate and HRDC Accredited Trainer since 2019, brings experience
from broadcasting to financial services. As Head of Shariah Portfolio Management in a prominent financial
literacy group, she leverages frameworks like Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies and
Dr. Hartman’s Colour Code to drive motivational learning. Her TTT focus is on learner engagement,
behavioral coaching, and designing training that transforms mindsets and performance.
Her approach to Train-the-Trainer programs is distinguished by her use of behavioral frameworks such as
Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies and Dr. Taylor Hartman’s Colour Code Personality Theory. These tools
support her in tailoring facilitation techniques that align with learners’ intrinsic motivations, enhancing both

engagement and retention in TTT contexts.
HRDC Accredited
Starting in 1986 with visually impaired students, Syafiq’s journey with Learning & Development has
embraced adaptive learning in his approach in training. Certified by HRDC and additionally qualified in
Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Syafiq facilitation philosophy centers on customized
learning experiences, inclusive training methods, and transformational engagement. Their unique ability to
connect with participants at a personal level fosters safe, dynamic, and growth-oriented learning
environments.
In Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, they focus on equipping trainers with the skills in designing learner-
focused programs, apply reflective learning models, and use adaptive strategies to meet diverse participant

Irfan holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (UKM) and a Bachelor’s from Hanyang University, South
Korea. As the founder of IrfanMG Consultancy, he delivers engineering and technical training to clients like
Shell, Sime Darby, and UTHM. With 12+ years in academia and experience in ISO 21001, ISO 9001:2015,
and OBE, Irfan co-facilitates HRDC TTT programs under Mr. Chan’s mentorship, focusing on program
design and evaluation.
A key member of the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) facilitation team, Irfan currently serves as a co-facilitator
under the mentorship of Mr. Chan Ching Pern, focusing on program design and evaluation. His academic

HRDC Accredited University of Nottingham Malaysia, and Manipal International University—underscores his expertise in
instructional design.
