I would like to offer myself as an applicant for your Admissions Operations Support Assistant position. As a
seasoned customer service representative, I pride myself in my ability to provide meaningful service to the
public. Whether it is juggling three phone lines while working reception for a bustling psychology firm,
managing interaction with thousands of twitter followers, or navigating IT issues with an enclave of Russian-
Speaking monks, I revel in the constant challenge that customer interaction provides. My background in stage
acting and radio help me to maintain a calm and engaging tone that ensures each customer feels they are
getting the attention they need.
During my decade of experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, and Social Media Manager, I have
consistently met the needs of my team members and clients of the company. My current position as Assistant
Editor of In Communion requires I understand how to effectively engage with dozens of groups of different
cultures, faiths, ages, time zones, and political leanings to ensure the timely publication of the journal. I push
myself to work in challenging and ever-changing positions so that I can remain adaptable to customer needs in
an increasingly tech driven world.
Due to my history as a customer service representative and extensive background with digital systems, I feel
