First of all, working at a company allows employees to meet many talented
people and expand their networking. This helps them feel meaningful work and
more love their work. So, employees will have many motivations to complete
their assigned tasks. For instance, my sister is human resources management
at the Vi Thinh company. Daily, she must meet and communicate with a lot of
employees or applicants but she feels that her managed work is meaningful
and supports a lot for the director as well as employees of the company. So,
she strongly loves her current work and good role in this position.
Additionally, employees will learn more about skills and knowledge from
colleagues and managers. So, they can improve their production and work
more effectively. For example, my friend worked at her store alone, she faced
many difficulties and her income was low. Therefore, she was hired to work at
another store, she learned how to attract many customers from her manager.
Her experienced manager supported her a lot, and as a result, her current
salary is very high.
Finally, if you work at the corporation, you will have promotion opportunities.
You will attend training programs, get promotions with the support of their
around people. You will have chances to reflect on yourself with everyone. A
structured work environment can help people succeed in their career. On the
other hand, self employed individuals must manage many things alone, so
they do not have much time to develop themself.
Inclusion, the right decision for working depends on individual preferences. For
those who want to meet many people, learn more things and clarify promotion
chances, working for someone else is the better option.

Nowadays, flexible working hours has become a trend among many
companies. Some people believe that flexible working hours will give
employees more comfortable work time and increase productivity, while others
argue that it will break rules and regulations at the workplace and decrease
the work quality. In this essay, I will discuss both the benefits and drawbacks of
this trend.

There are some benefits of flexible work hours. Firstly, it allows staff to work
with more comfortable time and environment. They have many options for
balance between work and life. As a result, they can decrease stress and
improve their work productivity. For example, when my friend works with fixed
hours at the old company. She was stressed with the huge workload and did
not have much time to take care of her family and herself. Therefore, she
quitted that company and moved to work at the current ABC company. At this
company, she
worked with flexible hours and could balance work with her life. This helps her
improve work productivity and complete assigned tasks well. So, she was
promoted to department head.

On the other hand, not having fixed working hours will lead to drawbacks. First,
employees will decrease their work quality. This is because they can work more
freely and are easily distracted by many things around them. For instance, last
year, I started studying Chinese language at the foreign language center, but I
learned with flexible hours because I was very busy. So, I did not study
effectively and missed out on a lot of knowledge. As a result, I did not pass the
examination with a very low score. I was upset and tried hard studying by the
disclipine. Finally, I passed the exam with the highest score in the class.
Second, working with freedom hours will allow the staff to break rules and
regulations at the workplaces. They are familiarized with flexible hours and do
not notice regulations of the company.

In conclusion, while flexible working hours can lead to a more comfortable

environment and improve productivity, it also has some cons such as non-
compliance with the rules and regulations and lower work quality.

Essay 3: Some people taking one long vacation each year. Others
enjoy taking several shorter
vacations. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to
explain your choice.
A lot of individuals want to take a long vacation every year, while other people
prefer taking several shorter vacations. In my opinion, I would rather have
several shorter ones because it allows us to decrease stress after hard working
days and can visit many famous destinations.

First of all, having a few shorter vacations will help employees decrease stress
and relax after hard working days. This is because they have a lot of rest time
to restore energy and balance work and break. For example, my friend worked
at a big company as human resources management for two years. She had a
few shorter vacations in a year, so she could take care of her family and enjoy
her hobby. She could restore energy after busy days with work and balance her
work and rest. As a result, she completed excellent tasks and her work was
very favorable. Recently, she has been promoted to the department head at
that company.

Secondly, taking many shorter breaks allows staff to travel to a lot of famous
destinations. Because they have much more time and go on trips at different
times of year. As a result, they can expand knowledge and sightsee multiple
famous destinations. For instance, last year, I worked at the Software
Development Corporation and had four short vacations in February, May,
August and December. I traveled to many celebrated places in my country
such as Ha Long Bay, Phong Nha Ke Bang cave, Sam Son beach,... with my
family. We enjoyed a lot of local food and festivals. Therefore, We could learn
more things from this trip and take multiple photos together.

In conclusion, I would choose several shorter vacations over a long one every
year because it allows individuals to decrease stress, restore energy and visit a
lot of locations.

Eassay 4: What is the most important skills that a job applicant

should demonstrate to potential employers?

Many coporations promote their products by posting advertisements on public

transportation. In my opinion, I think that this way is efficient to promotion
because it helps many people know about that groceries, decrease cost and
can use to promote for a long time. This essay will discuss about efficience of
promotion on that vehicles.

First of all, one of the benefits of using the public transportation to advertise is
many individuals know about that products. This is because there are many
people using the punlic transport vehicles to commute to the school or
workplace. As a result, they can see it everyday and familiar with it. So, they
can know and purchase it more. For example, I did not any vehicle, so I used
the bus to go to my school everyday. I saw many advertisements about
products posted on the bus.

Secondly, the promotion on the public transport vehicles will help companies
decrease cost to advertise about their product beacause promotions on that
vehicles are very cheap, it cost some dollars for one time. For instance, last
year, my friend worked at athe software development company. Her company
using the promotion way on the bus and train. The cost of it very cheap only
10 dollars for one time. So, the company saved a lot of money from this way.

Finally, the last pros of promotion on the public transportation is use for a long
time. Posters or images pasted on the that vehicles are very durable and very
hard to take it away. Therfore, it can lie on it for a long time to promote
groceries to everyone.
In conclusion, posting advertisements on the public transport vehicles is vevy
efficient with the company because it allows save cost to promote, more
people know about it and can use to advertise for a long time.
