1. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER CADRE
(a) Administrative Officer II – CONTISS 7
Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall have a good Bachelor's
degree not below Second Class Honours in the relevant discipline or its
equivalent from a recognized institution plus one (1) year post
qualification experience and evidence of general ability to perform
within the University system.
(b) Administrative Officer I – CONTISS 8
Salary: N2,305,048.00 – N3,186,156.00
Qualification and Experience
A good Master's degree and a good Bachelor's degree not below
Second Class Honours in the relevant discipline, or its equivalent from
a recognized institution plus at least three (3) years post qualification
relevant experience and evidence of productive service.
(c) Assistant Registrar – CONTISS 9
Salary: N2,597,237.00 – N3,554,620.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess the same
qualification as in (a) above plus at least 6 years post qualification
relevant experience and evidence of productivity in service or a
Master’s Degree from a recognized institution plus at least 3 years
relevant experience and evidence of productive service in the public
service or post secondary academic institution. A suitable
Administrative Officer I may be promoted to the post.
(a) Senior Assistant Registrar – CONTISS 11
Salary: N3,139,253.00 – N4,233,944.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall have a Master's
degree with six
(6) years experience, or good Bachelor's degree not below Second
Class
1
 Honours in the relevant discipline or its equivalent from a recognized
institution,
plus at least nine (9) years relevant experience and evidence of
productive
service in the public service or post secondary academic institution.
2. ACCOUNTANT/INTERNAL AUDITOR CADRE
(a) Accountant II/ Internal Auditor II – CONTISS 7
Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall have a relevant
basic qualification of a good Bachelor's degree with honours in
Accounting or its equivalent qualification and post NYSC
qualification experience. He/she shall be computer literate.

(b) Accountant I/ Internal Auditor – CONTISS 8

Salary: N2,305,048.00 – N3,186,156.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall have a relevant basic
qualification specified in (a) above, plus professional certificate in
Accounting such as ACA,AACCA, CNA, ACMA, ICAN, CIPF, ICMA, ICPA
and at least three (3) years post qualification experience.

(c) Senior Accountant/Senior Internal Auditor – CONTISS 9

Salary: N2,597,237.00 – N3,554,620.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall have a relevant basic
qualification Specified in (a) above, plus professional qualification and
at least six
(6) years post qualification experience in a recognized establishment
and
evidence of ability to work within a University system. Also, possession
of higher
qualification will be an additional advantage.

(d) Principal Accountant – CONTISS 11

Salary: N3,139,253.00 – 4,233,944.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess the same
qualification as in (b) above, plus at least 9 years post qualification
experience in a recognized establishment and evidence of ability to
work within a University system. A suitable Senior Accountant/Senior
Internal Auditor with at least 3 years of continuous productive service
may be promoted to this post.
3. TECHNOLOGIST CADRE

Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess HND/B.Tech/B.Sc.
SLT/B.Sc.
MLT/City and Guilds of London Institute part II in Science Laboratory
Technology
with one (1) year post qualification experience or City and Guilds of
London Full
Technology or Final Certificate/Higher National Diploma in Science
Laboratory
Technology or B.Sc. in Science Technology in Science Laboratory
Technology.
4. EXECUTIVE OFFICER CADRE
(a). Executive Officer (General Duties) – CONTISS 6
Salary: N1,571,938.00 – N2,133,164.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess an Ordinary
National Diploma (OND) or Advanced Level General Certificate of
Education or its equivalent with at least three (3) years of post
qualification relevant experience or Nigeria Certificate in Education
(NCE). Such an officer shall be computer literate.

(b) Higher Executive Officer (General Duties) – CONTISS 7

Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess a Higher National
Diploma(HND) or its equivalent, plus one (1) year of relevant work
experience in a reputable establishment. Holders of University degrees,
lower than Second Class Honours may be considered for this post.

5. EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCOUNTS) CADRE

(a) Executive Officer (Accounts) – CONTISS 6
Salary: N1,571,938.00 – N2,133,164.00
Qualification and Experience
As applicable in the General Duties (4.3(a); to qualify for appointment,
the candidate shall possess Foundation A and B of ACCA or ACA or ACMA
or ND plus one (1) year experience in addition to five (5) credit passes in
the SSCE/GCE including English Language and Mathematics.

(b) Higher Executive Officer (Accounts) – CONTISS 7

Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess HND/HNC in
Accountancy plus one (1) year post qualification experience in addition to

 five (5) credit passes in the SSCE/GCE including English Language and

To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess SC/GCE/OL/SSCE
with 5 credit passes including English Language plus Diploma in Library
Studies from a recognized University or its equivalent

9. MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST CADRE

(a) Medical Laboratory Technologist II – CONTISS 7
Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800.447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess Bachelor
degree/HND in Medical Laboratory Science in the relevant discipline or
relevant professional qualification AIMLT registrable with the Institute of
Medical Laboratory Technologists with a minimum of one year
experience. A suitable Laboratory Supervisor who has acquired B.Sc.
degree/HND in Medical Laboratory Science or its equivalent may be
upgraded or converted to this post.

(b) Medical Laboratory Technologist I – CONTISS 8

Salary: N2,305,048.00 – N3,186,156.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess the same
qualification as in (a) above plus 3 years experience in Medical
Laboratory work. A suitable Medical Laboratory Technologist II who has
put in 3 years continuous productive service may be promoted.

10. FIRE SUPERINTENDENT CADRE

(a) Assistant Fire Superintendent – CONTISS 6
Salary: N1,571,938.00 – N2,133,164.00
Qualification and Experience
To Qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess ND with at least 3
years of
post qualification relevant experience or ANTC/Advance GCE or Fire
Certificate
Class 1 plus SSCE/GCE or equivalent with 5 credit including English
Language. A
suitable Leading Fireman with 3 years continuous productive service may
be
promoted to this post.

(b) Fire Superintendent – CONTISS 7
Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess the same
qualification as in
(a) above plus 3 years relevant post qualification experience. A Bachelor
degree/HND holder with relevant training may be appointed. A suitable
Assistant Fire Superintendent with 3 years continuous productive service
may be promoted to this post.

11. SAFETY OFFICER CADRE

(a) Assistant Safety Officer – CONTISS 6
Salary: N1,571,938.00 – N2,133,164.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall posses SSCE/GCE with
credit in
English plus Safety Management Certification I or ND with at least 3 years
of post
qualification relevant experience.

(b) Safety Officer II – CONTISS 7

Salary: N2,051,825.00 – N2,800,447.00
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess a Higher National
Diploma
or its equivalent in relevant safety training. A suitable Assistant Safety
Officer with 3
years continuous productive service may be promoted to this post.

12. PROCUREMENT OFFICER CADRE

(b) Procurement Officer II

Qualification and Experience
To qualify for appointment, the candidate shall possess a Bachelor
degree/HND in
Purchasing and Supply/Business Administration/Statistics/Financial
Studies/Law/Computer
Sciences/Accounting/Economics/Engineering/Architecture/
Technology/Marketing/ Insurance/Quantity Survey and other relevant
experience
discipline. A suitable Procurement Assistant with 3 year continuous
productive

 service may be promoted to this post. In addition to the above, the
candidate must
have attended and passed compulsory Induction Procurement Training
Programme
organized by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).

(c) Senior Procurement Officer – CONTISS 9

(b) above plus nine (9) years cognate experience. A suitable Procurement

with 3 years continuous productive service may be promoted to this post.
