Introduction
The main objective of the proposed system is to decrease the paper work and
easier record maintenance by having a particular website for leaves
maintenance.
This approach basically deals with the record of leaves taken by employee
members and students in the organization.
This system also approach to reduce the formalities and time delay facing by
employees and members for the approval of leave.
Purpose….
The purpose of The Employee Leave Management System is to
help the organisations and institutions to keep the database of
employees and members of organisations.
This software find and manage leaves and attendance of
employees and memebers of an organisation easily.

The initial step which is handled by the admin module is to create an unique user account for
each employee in the organisation.
This module handles the administrative functions of the system and is used by the head
department.
The head department will enter the leave eligibility of employee, for each type of leave, at the
beginning of each leave month.
Leave record of a particular employee in a week or month.
Employee
Employee is allowed to login/out in their account for applying the leave by entering an
unique id provided by admin department.
In the stating of month student can apply for the leave on the basis of the criteria of
lleave i.e. short leave, medical leave etc.
Leave is then transferred to the admin for the verification.
If the leave is verified by the admin then it is forwarded for the approval.
The employee can check their leave status by clicking leave history.

The proposed system "Leave Management" has the following scope:
The system is simple to operate.
Any user can handle the data easily.
For gaining any information regarding any of the flights user must not go
through the entire data.
Any one can learn it as it is user friendly .
To make the data more secure, the software has provided the facility to the
user to create their own individual passwords.
Conclusion
Leave Management System is very useful for Organisations to maintain
the leave records of the Employee. This system not only maintains the
leave details of the employee, it also maintains the leave applications of
the employee.The higher authorities may accept or reject the leave
applications requested by the employee.
Thus this system reduce the excess amount of paper job done by
organisaton to maintain the leaves.
