Subject: URGENT: Complaint Regarding Missing Items in Order [220339531902994] & Seller's

Unacceptable Request

Dear Daraz Customer Service,

I am writing to formally complain about a significant issue with my recent order, Order Number:
[220339531902994], placed on [20 June 2025].

I purchased two (2) units of the product "10pcs BTA16-600B BTA16 TO-220," which means I expected
to receive a total of 20 pieces of BTA16. I have paid the full amount for these 20 pieces (Subtotal Rs.
1,676, Total Rs. 1,706 as shown in order details).

However, upon delivery, I received a package containing only 10 pieces of BTA16. This clearly
indicates that 10 pieces of the ordered item are missing.

Following this discrepancy, I contacted the seller directly via Daraz chat. The seller's recent response
is highly concerning and unacceptable. The seller stated: "Do you have a new order? I'll add it for
you and send it again, Only then can we send platform logistics, OK?"

This suggestion is a direct attempt to circumvent Daraz's standard return/refund procedures and is
against your platform's policy. I refuse to place a new order as I have already paid for the full quantity
in the original order. Requesting a new order for missing items from an existing order is an
inappropriate and potentially misleading practice that I believe Daraz should be aware of and
address.

I expect Daraz to intervene and provide a proper resolution for this issue. I request either:

1. The immediate delivery of the remaining 10 missing pieces of BTA16.

2. A full refund for the value of the 10 missing pieces from my original order.

I have attached the following for your immediate review and action:

 A screenshot of my Order Details showing "Qty: 2" for "10pcs BTA16-600B".

 Photographs of the package and its contents, clearly showing only 10 pieces received.

 Screenshots of my chat conversation with the seller, including their unacceptable request for
a new order.

I trust Daraz will uphold its commitment to customer protection and ensure a fair resolution to this
matter. I look forward to your prompt response and solution.
