About the Role:
We’re looking for a Solutions/Business Analyst who loves to build. This role sits closer to the product
and tech team than traditional business-facing BA roles. You'll focus on hands-on
problem-solving—writing scripts, debugging data flows, and prototyping tools—while also translating
tech complexities into clear docs/decks for partners.
Ideal candidate
● A builder with side projects (e.g., apps, AI agents, fintech tools) or a non-traditional tech
background (e.g., liberal arts major who codes).
● Passionate about fintech, APIs, and automating processes.
● Thrives in ambiguity and learns by doing.
What You’ll Own
1. Tech & Product Support
● Work directly with engineers and product managers clarifying requirements, testing edge cases,
and documenting system behaviors.
● Write basic scripts or tools to automate tasks, analyze data, or test features
● Understand and map system flows and database schemas
● Support internal tech ops by bridging gaps between product requirements and implementation
2. Documentation & Communication
● Create clear, structured documentation, presentations, and briefs for internal teams or external
partners
● Draft clear technical specs for product features
3. Rapid Prototyping
● Build lightweight tools/dashboards (e.g., tracking liquidity metrics, customer behavior).
● Experiment with AI/automation (e.g., chatbots for customer queries, agent-based testing).
Who You Are
● 0–2 years of experience in a similar role or demonstrable tech-savvy side projects
● Comfortable writing scripts (e.g., Python, SQL) and understanding DB schemas
● Experience building anything tech-related — apps, bots, agents, automations
● Strong communicator who can turn complexity into clarity
● Bonus: experience with AI tools, APIs, or internal product tooling
