Q1. Write down the difference between how prehistoric humans got their food
and water and how we got our today?
Prehistoric humans got their food by hunting fishing and gatherings.
They got their water from rainfall, rivers, and lakes.
We are getting food now by agriculture and water surface and ground.
Q2. How the houses of people from prehistoric from one another?
Answer: In prehistoric age people lived as hunters and gatherers they move from
one place to other.in stone age people settled in caves they also made shelters
with leaves, mud, and stones.
Q3. In stone age why people start to do others job as well as hunting or
farming?
Answer: when people started to settle outside from caves, they learn to cultivate
fields near rivers people started to keep domestic animals, people began to do
other works such as fishing and making pottery and jewellery to make their lives
more settle.
Q4. what new inventions came in metal age?
Answer: They start making things from gold, they used gold for making jewellery,
plates, and cups for wealthy people. Cooper was used for making weapons.
Q5. What change made the stone age different from the prehistoric age?
Answer: People in the stone age painted the walls of their caves with drawings of
hunting animals with their weapons. They made shelters with leaves, mud, and
stones, soon they learnt to cultivate fields near rivers and streams.

Answer: They always remain in danger of attack from other groups who were
looking for better places to settle or needed food and water.
Q7. What is the important about the code of Hammurabi?
Answer: the code of Hammurabi is the text we have from the Babylonian time.
The 282 laws carved on the black stone are the oldest written laws in history.
They also list the punishment for breaking any law.
Q8. Explain why they faced the problems and how they solved them?
Answer: people had too little food, in adequate shelter. Human filth was in
escapable. They protect their settlements with moats and fences, used weapons
to fight off invaders.

Answer: Mesopotamians declined when it was conquered by the Persian king

Answer: I learnt that history is the study of past records and artifacts excavated by
archeologists.it can guide us not to repeat mistakes made in the past by humans.
