performance.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot and implement corrective measures to minimise downtime
to maximize output.

regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

• Conduct regular inspection of equipment and machinery, identifying maintenance needs and
coordinating repair or servicing as required.

• To monitore the process parameters closely and with full alertness and communicating any
abnormalities in process to the shift incharge immediately.
• To supervise the running process indentify missing interlock for safer process operation avoiding
unnecessary downtime.
• To maintain a record of stock flow rates quantity charged batch process batch time process quality
parameters.
• Proper Production planning in corporating routing shutdown/inspection and to be always in Senior
Engineer and Other Technical Department.
• To supervise PH Test, suspensibility test at DCS For record keeping to get prior idea of the product
quality to fillup checklist close monitoring over different Production parameter.
