A worldview is a set of beliefs that helps individuals understand reality, encompassing questions of truth, morality, and belonging. Religion and spirituality differ in focus, with religion emphasizing rituals and community, while spirituality is more personal and concerned with meaning and purpose. Various belief systems, such as naturalism, pantheism, theism, spiritism, and polytheism, shape these worldviews and influence one's relationship with the divine.
