FURTHER ACTION
The nursery shall submit the corrective action plan to the ADEK OSH office within three working days of receiving this inspection
report. All major and minor non-conformities shall be closed/ planned for closure within a specific date by taking appropriate
corrective actions. On receiving the corrective action plan, ADEK will review it for acceptance/rejection with comments or shall
arrange on-site verification by the concerned inspector.
