KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, BENEDICTO F. TIMOSA and JUSTINA E. BALABAT, Filipino citizens, of legal ages,
married and residents of Bacong, Anda, Bohol, Philippines, do by these presents hereby name, appoint,
and constitute ANTHONY M. INTALAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married and a resident of
Totolan, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To transact, request, get, claim and receive the following PSA certificates for settlement of
our real properties at PSA Office, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, as follows:

 Birth Certificate of FRANCISCO ESCOBIDO;


 Birth CertifIcate of BENEDICTO ESCOBIDO;
 Birth Certificate of JUSTINA ESCOBIDO BALABAT
 Birth Certificate of TEODORA ESCOBIDO MAKINANO
 Birth Certificate of JESUSA MAKINANO INTALAN;
 Death Certificate of CATALINO ESCOBIDO;
 Death Certificate of FRANCISCO ESCOBIDO;
 Death Certificate of TEODORA ESCOBIDO MAKINANO;

2. To follow up and pay the fees on said certification;


3. To sign and execute any and all other papers/documents/instruments relevant to the
accomplishment of the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to be done pin and about the premises as fully
as to all intents and purposes as If might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
all that my said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
