1) Summarize the case study: What is the context? What is the bioeconomy approach
(ecosystem) that is being studied?
2) What are the main challenges that facilitate or obstruct the implementation of the
bioeconomy approach?
3) What is the role of the government? Which policies has the government implemented (or
could implement) to promote the bioeconomy approach in question? Are they market-based
measures? Command and control? Are they trying to internalize any externality?
