soldiers a chance to serve in some of the toughest operations, making it a highly respected unit in the Indian Army.

Sir, I am open to serving in any regiment where the organization finds me most suitable. However, my aim is to
develop myself into a capable and skilled officer who can one day serve in the Rashtriya Rifles. Their role in counter-
insurgency operations and maintaining national security inspires me, and I aspire to be part of such a challenging and
dynamic force.

Sir, every rank in the Armed Forces plays a crucial role, but the officer's role is where I see myself contributing the
most. I have the ability to take responsibility, make quick decisions, and lead a team under pressure. An officer is not
just a commander but also a guide, a motivator, and a problem solver. I want to be in a position where I can take
initiative, handle critical situations, and ensure the success of my team. The challenges, responsibilities, and the trust
placed in an officer drive me to pursue this path."

Sir, my father had some official work in Prayagraj, so he planned his visit accordingly and dropped me here on 4th
April. This way, I could travel comfortably and focus on my preparation before reporting for SSB

Every attempt is a learning experience. My previous attempt helped me understand the expectations and the areas
where I could improve. I have worked on myself, gained more clarity, and refined my approach. With better
preparation and a stronger mindset, I am confident in performing better this time

"गिरकर संभलना मेरी आदत बन िई, कगिन राह ं में चलना मेरी चाहत बन िई।

पहले ज कगमयां थी ं, उन्हें दू र कर गलया, अब हर परीक्षा मेरी ताकत बन िई।

Sir, till the result of the conference, I will firmly believe that I am going to be recommended. However, if I don't get
recommended, I will take it as a learning experience, analyze my shortcomings, improve myself, and come back
stronger. The Armed Forces demand the best, and I am committed to meeting that standard. Challenges don't
determine me; they only push me to work harder and grow."

"मन की जीते जीत है, मन की हारे हार, ज गबना लडे झुके, उन पर है गिक्कार।

मैं खुद क गनखार कर गिर लौटू ं िा, क् गं क असली हक़दार वही ज हार न माने बार-बार।"

Mohabbat bhi jaruri hai filhal ruk jaane do Vardi ka junoon Hai mujhmein per pahle use aane do

I don’t see myself in a routine 9-to-5 job. The Armed Forces offer a dynamic, challenging, and purpose-driven life
where every day brings new responsibilities and opportunities to lead. The adventure, the camaraderie, and the
responsibility of safeguarding the nation inspire me. I want a career where I can push my limits, lead from the front,
and earn the trust of my team in the toughest situations."

Mohan Roy, who fought against Sati and promoted women’s education.

• Gender equality improves family well-being and children's future.

Disadvantages & Drawbacks

• A sudden shift in roles can create conflicts in society.
• Some traditional groups resist change, leading to tension.

Challenges in Women Empowerment

• Gender discrimination in jobs and education.

• Safety issues and crimes against women.
• Lack of awareness in rural areas.

How can we overcome these challenges?

• Provide better education and job opportunities.

• Stricter laws and better implementation for women’s safety.
• Change in mindset through awareness campaigns.

Impact on India & Various Sectors

• Education: More girls in schools lead to a literate nation.

• Economy: Women working increase the country’s GDP.
• Politics: More women in leadership lead to better policies.
