INVITATION TO BOOK PRESENTATION

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I have the honour to invite you to the presentation of a
new book documenting the leadership and legacy of our former principal, President
Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

The book comprises a number of Chapters exploring Nigeria’s growth trajectory and an
overview of our administration's achievements across various domains, including security;
economy; innovation and entrepreneurship; transport; energy; health and social welfare;
education and foreign aQairs.

In addition to its authoritative reports on our administration’s progress in eight years, the book
is written in a way to serve as a learning tool for students of Journalism and Communication
Practitioners who may find themselves in situations where the shared experiences of the
author would be of benefit to them. It is aimed at being a learning document.

I am delighted to extend to you a warm invitation as a SPECIAL GUEST to the presentation of


the book “According to the President – Lessons from a Presidential Spokesman’s Experience”
written by Garba Shehu (Former Presidential Spokesman).

This gathering will serve as a moment of national reflection and documentation, bringing

The SPECIAL GUEST OF HONOUR is the President and Commander-in-Chief, President Bola
Ahmed Tinubu and the GUEST OF HONOUR is President Muhammadu Buhari.

The event will be chaired by the former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, GCFR, and the
Keynote Speaker would be Mr. Boss Gida Mustapha, CFR, former Secretary to the
Government of the Federation, SGF.

The Chief Presenter is my humble self, Ibrahim Gambari, CFR, former Chief of StaQ to the
President, and the Book Review will be by Professor Umar Pate, a renowned communications
scholar and Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Kashere, Gombe State.

Your presence at this event will contribute significantly to the national conversation on
leadership, policy, and progress.
