ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On July 18, 2025, a hearing was held on the Defendants' MOTION TO DISMISS,
OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE SUMMARY JUDGMENT filed by CITY OF
HOMEWOOD C/O MIKE KENDRICK and ANDRESS JENNIFER. The Plaintiff
appeared pro se. The Defendants were represented by counsel, and the proceedings were
recorded by a court reporter. As a result of said hearing, the Court finds that the
Defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law, and their motion is due to be and
is hereby GRANTED.
The Plaintiff's Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Preliminary Injunction is
hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. Tax costs to the Plaintiff.
