“Aspects of the Pandemic's Distance Learning that the Teachers Can Adapt to the

Current Educational System”

The COVID-19 epidemic has altered schooling in recent years all across the world.

Currently, the pandemic appears to have ended, at least temporarily, and as daily life

gradually returns to normal, consideration must be given to the return to in-person

instruction and its ramifications. It is important to conduct research to determine what

aspects of the pandemic's distance learning may be applicable to the current system of

education. Innovative and smart technologies, new teaching methods, student

experiences and views, and the integration of technology into the classroom are crucial

considerations.

A lot of study has been done on distance learning education or emergency remote

teaching during pandemics, concentrating on a variety of subjects such how students

perceive online and in-person learning environments in terms of learning, teaching,

assessment, and interaction with peers and teachers. The aftermath of the pandemic

and teachers' feelings and thoughts for a return to face-to-face instruction, however,

have received relatively little attention.

The teachers in Catanauan District I and II, which has been impacted by the COVID-19

pandemic, are the subject of this study. This will also provide answers to queries about

how teachers respond to the change in class transitions.

The trend has also been studied in some study, and problems including how students

feel about online learning, the benefits and drawbacks of it compared to face-to-face
instruction, the platforms that are used for online learning, and how students behave in

online classrooms have all been looked into.

Yet, there hasn't been any research done on the future of education or how technology

and other valuable components of online learning would affect and, more importantly,

be present in face-to-face schooling after a pandemic

In order to reevaluate education in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and develop a

new sustainable paradigm, it may be helpful to incorporate teachers' experiences and

perspectives on these topics. The goal of the current study is to bring innovation to the

field of education in all of its components, including learning, teaching, assessment, and

interaction, and to provide useful suggestions for their improvement.

education," it might be required. It is important to conduct research to determine what

After the pandemic, how do teachers adjust as they move their classes from distance
learning to face-to-face instruction?
