Teachers play a vital role in shaping minds and characters of the future generations.

They are our unsung

heroes. Teachers are selfless, multitaskers and every hardworking. They are willing to extend their hands
to everyone who really needs. With their patience, dedication and passion they produce different
professionals. Their impact extends beyond the classroom, influencing lives and communities.

I know that being a teacher is not all about just teaching we are also a learner. We learned from our
students, from co-teachers and everyone in our society. We connect with our students and our students
connect us too. One of the most important qualities of a teacher is to connect with their students. By
understanding students’ strengths, weaknesses and interests, teachers can tailor their approach and
strategies to meet the diverse needs of their students.

I have a huge respect for teachers because someone who is surrounded with a family of teachers, I am
happy that I got the chance to be one of them. I happy that I will be able to impart my expertise with
children in order for them to learn how to read, write, and count. I want them to be responsible citizens
of our country. Because I believe that teachers are not just educators but also mentors, role model and
influencers who inspire and motivate students to be their best, to reach their full potentials and to
achieve their goals and aspirations in life. I am hopeful that I could make a significant difference in a
student’s life. I really want to make a difference. As teacher in the 21st century, I really want to develop
students’ critical thinking skills, build their confidence I want them to be confident in order for them to
develop their self -esteem so that when there are opportunities coming in their way, they be able to grab
it with full confidence and avoid regrets for not taking them so that they will experience every bit of
success that they have. As teacher I want to cultivate a love for learning. I want my students to love I
know this is not an easy job but I want my students actively engage in learning for this will be served as
their passport in the future.

Ultimately, I am very grateful to every teacher who were part of my journey on becoming a teacher too.
They really shape me as an individual who has sense of responsibility and seeing teaching not only a
profession rather a calling to educate, inspire and make changes in someone’s life whether through small
or big. Through my own experiences, and as enforced by others' opinions in the profession, I have found
that teaching is one of the most rewarding careers. Let’s appreciate and celebrate the hard work and
dedication of teachers worldwide.
