Rationale:
The Municipal Economic Enterprise and Development Office (MEEDO) of the Municipality of Impasugong
continuously strives to enhance operational efficiency, expand enterprise viability, and strengthen
management systems. With the midyear mark approaching, it is imperative to conduct a performance review,
realign targets, and draw insights from successful models implemented by other LGUs. Samal Island and Davao
City offer ideal settings for both benchmarking and professional reflection, with successful local economic
enterprise practices that MEEDO can learn from and adapt.
II. Objectives:
1. To benchmark best practices in market and enterprise management from Davao City and Samal Island
LGUs.
2. To evaluate MEEDO’s performance for the first half of the current year, identifying key
accomplishments, gaps, and challenges.
3. To revisit and recalibrate targets and strategies for the second semester.
4. To strengthen camaraderie and build synergy among MEEDO personnel through collaborative
activities.
5. To identify innovative approaches that may be adopted in improving the services and systems of the
Impasugong MEEDO.
