Yadav of Vill-Beldhar, PO-Sonsihari, PS- Mufassil Dist-Nawada (Driver of
vehicle having Regd. No- BR27GA-0290).
Respected Sir,
With due respect I, ASI Rajkumar Goswami, beg to submit before you that on
29/07/2022 at about 17:45 hrs while myself along with force 1) C/1568 Deboyati
Sinha and 2) C/564 Prasad Kumar Majhi were performing evening mobile duty vide
Neturia PS CC No-2490/22 Dated-29/07/2022 at Murgabani on. Sarbari-
Madhukunda Road. I found one vehicle was coming from Madhukunda side towards
Sarbari side with driving in excessive speed. Police personnel,
present there in proper
Police uniform raised hand and directed him to stop the vehicle but he violated the
Police Signal and endangering human life by rash and negligently driving of the vehicle
which may cause accident to the road user any time. After long chase we can able to
apprehend him at Sarbari More near Shibshakti Marriage hall . On interrogation he
disclosed his identity as Pintu Yadav (37) S/0- Alokdev Yadav of
Vill-Beldhar,
Sonsihari, PS- Mufassil Dist-Nawada. On being asked he failed to produce any valid
PO
documents of the said vehicle. Hence he violated the provision of Section 279 IPC/ 184
MV Act. So, I seized the vehicle having Regd. No- BR27GA-0290 under proper seizure
list duly singed by the witnesses and arrested the above noted offending driver
avoiding by all the procedure as laid down in Cr.P.C and the latest guide lines of the
Apex Court.
So, I pray before you that a specific case may kindly be registered against the
accused Pintu Yadav (37) S/O- Alokdev Yadav of Vill-Beldhar, PO-Sonsihari, PS
Mufassil Dist-Nawada (Driver of vehicle having Regd. No- BR27GA-0290) committing
offence U/S-279 IPC/184 MV Act.
