SUBJECT: Proposal for FEUR Club Fair 2024-2025

DATE: September 30, 2024

Dear Ms. Erika Comendador,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Student Affair and FEUR-CSC to formally present the
organization's proposal for the FEUR Club Fair 2024 which will be held on September 30,
2024, at the school’s gymnasium. The club preparation will be overseen by Ms. Dela Noche and
Ms. Michelle Doctor from 7:30 – 8:30. Students will be pulled out per batch by the students’
council and boys scouts according to the event timetable.

The objectives of this FEUR Club Fair are to attract new members to join various clubs by
showcasing what each club offers. As we increased awareness about the different clubs available
and their activities and fostered a sense of community and school spirit by bringing students
together with 80 members per club. Also, students and club advisers can prepare their booth on
Friday, September 27, 2024, after the class. The club adviser will give the format of parents’
consent for preparing tomorrow. Every club has a different activity and has 5 minutes to
showcase their club per group. If a club has a different activity, they will choose only one
activity per group of students to showcase their clubs within 5 minutes.
