It is necessary to pass immediately and finalize the line up so that the
required forms and jerseys can be processed. It was also agreed that the items to
be made are a T-shirt or warmer and a jersey shirt. It takes 15 people to form a
full team to fight in the said match.

Each varsity player will be divided into different houses to avoid unfair play.
This will also be done to avoid each player joining the same group or what you
called a solid team. Doing this will be favor in every house having fair play in
each team and to have other houses enough skills to play and compete with
other teams.
All players are divided in every houses. for example, we have a 20-varsity
player each player is graded and evaluated by the coach based on their
performance as a varsity to avoid having a selection of player. it also aims to
allow other students to join and play to hone themselves. the rules or regulations
issued by the volleyball department under the leadership of Coach Wewey to
avoid the past incident and have a fair game it also aims to give other houses
the ability to play and avoid default due to lack of players.

The assistant coach is the one who will always monitor his/her team mates
regarding their grades and also the one who can be approached if there is a
problem to avoid any misunderstanding. The assistant coach will approach the

complications not only being player but also in the academic performance.
