Tariff Commission

The Tariff Commission is responsible for adjudicating trade remedy cases, studying tariff impacts on competitiveness, administering tariff schedules, and issuing advance rulings on tariff classifications. Functions of the Tariff Commission. Nature of liability of importer for duties.

The Commission shall have these functions: (1) A personal debt. Unless otherwise relieved by
