In pursuance to Director School Education Kashmir’s Order No: 183-DSEK

of 2025 Dated: 12.07.2025. the services of the official has been regularized in the
regular establishment notionally w.e.f 16.11.2008 and monetarily on prospective
basis. The official is figuring at S.No.__ to the annexure of the aforementioned
order No. Accordingly the pay of the official w.e.f 16.11.2008 in terms of SRO 93
of 2009 and SRO 193 of 2018 in the pay scale 1S (4440-7440) and revised Pay Level
SL1 (14800-47100) is fixed as under:
Pay as on 16.11.2008 = Rs. 4440 + 1300 = Rs. 5740
Pay as on 01.07.2009 = Rs. 4620 + 1300 = Rs. 5920
Pay as on 01.07.2010 = Rs. 4800 + 1300 = Rs 6100
Pay as on 01.07.2011 = Rs. 4990 + 1300 = Rs. 6290 (Adding Notional Increments)
Pay as on 01.07.2012 = Rs. 5180 + 1300 = Rs. 6480
Pay as on 01.07.2013 = Rs. 5380 + 1300 = Rs. 6680
Pay as on 01.07.2014 = Rs. 5580 + 1300 = Rs. 6880
Pay as on 01.07.2015 = Rs. 5790 + 1300 = Rs. 7090
In terms of SRO -193 of 2018 Dated: 24.04.2018 the pay of the official w.e.f
01.01.2016 is refixed as under:
Existing Pay band and Grade Pay : 1S (4440-7440) + 1300
Existing Basic Pay in the Level 1S (4440-7440) as on 01.01.2016
= Rs. 5790 +1300 = Rs. 7090
Pay after multiplying with fitment Factor 2.57 = Rs. 18221.3
Rounding off to the higher cell = Rs. 18700
Level Corresponding to the Grade Pay = SL1 (14800-47100)
Pay fixed in the pay level SL1 (14800-47100) w.e.f 01.01.2016 = Rs. 18700.
Pay as on 01.07.2016 = Rs. 19300
Pay as on 01.07.2017 = Rs. 19900
Pay as on 01.07.2018 = Rs. 20500
Pay as on 01.07.2019 = Rs. 21100 (Adding Notional Increments)
Pay as on 01.07.2020 = Rs. 21700
Pay as on 01.07.2021 = Rs. 22400
1st in-situ Promotion in terms of JK-CSR (HSP Scheme) viz SRO 14 of 1996 in the
pay scale of SL2-[15900-50400] granted in favour of the official vide CEO Anantnag
order No: 13-CEOANG(Acctts) of 2022 Dated: 08.10.2022 w.e.f 01.06.2022. The
pay of the official is accordingly refixed as under:
Existing pay in the pay level SL1(14800-47100) as on 01.06.2022= Rs. 22400.
The official exercised option to get his pay fixed on the date of his periodical
increment i.e. 01.07.2022.
Basic pay after adding one periodical increment in Pay Level SL1(14800-47100)
= Rs. 23100.
Basic pay after adding on TBP Increment in the pay Level SL1(14800-47100)
= Rs. 23800.
Revised pay in the corresponding pay level SL2-[15900-50400] as on 01.07.2022
= Rs. 24100
Revised Basic Pay as on 01.01.2023 = Rs. 24800
Basic Pay as on 01.01.2024 = Rs. 25500
Basic Pay as on 01.01.2025 = Rs. 26300 [Revised TA = 1800 ] vide Govt order
No: 472 –F of 2019 Dt: 28.11.2019
Date of Next Periodical Increment: 01.01.2026
