Expertise in Industrial / Commercial Building & Marine Project
Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety protocols and practices for Industrial & Commercial Building and Marine projects,

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations and standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate safety into project planning and execu-
tion.

• Oversee the training and development of site personnel on EHS protocols, ensuring all workers are equipped with
the necessary knowledge.

• Investigate accidents or near-misses on-site, determining root causes and recommending safety improvements.

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on safety performance and EHS audits for upper management and regulato-
ry bodies.

• Monitor the environmental impact of the project and ensure waste management and pollution control are in line
with company and regulatory standards.

• Foster a culture of safety awareness across all teams on-site, promoting proactive safety behaviours.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: BE / B. Tech / Diploma - Civil, Mechanical & Electrical

• Experience: 4 to 12 years of experience

• Expertise: Industrial / Commercial Building & Marine

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
