        The schedule of the conduct of SMEA is every end of each quarter.
       A report by the project team owners and evaluators will be analyzed and discussed during a
meeting by the school planning team.
         Adjustments may be made if needed to all PPAs based on the result of the evaluation of the
project team owners.
        Have a contextualized Monitoring Tool for every PPA.
