Greetings!

I am writing to request a leave of absence for April 3rd, 2025. I recently discovered that, for
some reason I haven't yet been able to determine, my biometric registration for that morning was
not recorded on the biometric system. To prevent any potential complications with my payroll, I
am requesting this leave to address the missing record.

I apologize for the late submission of this request. I only became aware of the issue today. I
understand the importance of adhering to company policy regarding leave requests, and I regret
any inconvenience this may cause.
